PB&J Smoothie Bowl
If you’re pregnant or recently postpartum and want to keep those intestines moving, this is for you.
This is also for you if you like tasty food.
This is also for you if you think power pudding is disgusting.
If you don’t know what power pudding is, lucky you. Don’t try it.
18 grams of fiber and 19 grams of protein
Smoothie, makes 2 servings:
1/2-3/4 cup Antioxidant 3 berry blend (Organic Rush More)
1/2-3/4 cup dark sweet cherries (Happy Village)
1/2 frozen ripe banana (take fresh bananas, cut them in half, freeze ‘em)
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
2-3 cups of spinach
1/2 -1 cup of almond milk
1-2 tablespoons of hemp seed (hello, protein)
1-2 tablespoons of chia seeds
Granola on top if so desired- I’m a huge fan of Love Crunch Dark Chocolate and Red Berries
Fresh fruit if ya got it.
It tastes like childhood.
